Is it really free?
Yes. No paid tier, no watermark and no sign-up. It runs in your browser, so it costs almost nothing to host.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data deletes your CVs, so use Menu → Export backup now and then.
Will the PDF pass an ATS?
The PDF has real, selectable text in a simple single-column order, which is what ATS software reads. No tool can promise a pass, but the ATS check flags the common problems.
Should I put a photo on my CV?
In Indonesia a photo is still common. For online applications and overseas jobs, turn it off: many ATS ignore photos and some employers prefer none.
Can I import my old CV so I don't retype it?
Yes. Drop a PDF or Word (.docx) file and the form is filled in for you. It is read on your device and never uploaded. The reading is a best guess, so you get a review screen first, and a note on anything it wasn't sure about. PDFs saved from My Own CV come back exactly as written. Scanned photos of a CV can't be read.
Can I make an English CV with the Indonesian app?
Yes. App language and CV language are separate settings.
How do I move my CV to another device?
Menu → Export backup (.json), then Import backup on the other device.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The editor, preview, ATS check and PDF download all work on mobile.
